Every summer we perform in the historic and charming Helsingør Theatre, part of the Old Town, Aarhus, Denmark.




Aarhus Sommeropera is proud to present the world premiere of KORUS' KABARET, a new multi-media opera, as our
production in 2011. The opera is composed by the well-known Danish composer Erik Bach, presently director of the Danish Academy in Rome, on an original libretto by Danish poet Adda Djørup, who has recently won the European Union Prize for Literature.
